Jully is the Director of Engineering Programs at Zendesk, responsible for the scaled operations, culture and organizational agility of the global Engineering team. Prior to Zendesk, she was the Sr. Manager of Program Management at BigCommerce where she was responsible for the scale of a global PMO and Agile adoption across their product and engineering organization.  Additionally, Jully has lead the Agile transformations at Fastly and Turnitin. She is an active member of the Bay Area Agile Leadership Network and a UC Berkeley alumna with a Masters in Education. When she isn't clicking buttons on a computer, she's watching Star Wars with her 2 daughters, running an Etsy store and cooking bbq rib feasts.
